No. Every Olympic session has full scaling. Brand new? You'll learn the movements properly from the ground up. Experienced? You'll be pushed hard.
A barbell, plates, rack and dumbbells cover 90% of it. Some sessions reference a ski erg, rower or bike. Alternatives are always provided for every piece of kit.
Run it across three, four or five days depending on your schedule. It's built to fit around your life, not take it over.
Absolutely. The Tribrid is built around performance and aesthetics. The outcomes apply regardless of gender, and the nutrition setup is fully individualised to you.
On onboarding, Mike's formula calculates your calories, carbs, protein and fat. The app builds your dashboard, generates your meal plan, and tells you exactly which supplements to take and when. Fully personalised. Never generic.
